Nandan Petrochem Limited (NPL) is one of the leading manufacturers of Automotive & Industrial Lubricating Oils, Greases and Specialty Products in India. Established in 1992, NPL started its operations with contract blending & filling for Public Sector undertakings (PSUs). NPL assisted top notch Multi-National Companies (MNCs) to roll out their international brands by providing them NPL's state of the art Lube Oil Blending Plants as per Global Standards. Over the years, NPL has developed an expertise for manufacturing tailor made Genuine Lubricating Oils and Greases for major OEMs in India. Under its brand "VELVEX", NPL provides complete lubrication solutions extending from Lubricants and Greases to specialties like Transformer oils, White oils, Rubber process oils, and Industrial oils.
Nandan Impex Private Limited (NIPL)
Nandan Impex Private Limited (NIPL), was established in the year 1986 as one of the oldest manufacturers of small HDPE containers, re-packer of lubricating oil & C&F agent for PSUs. NIPL has two well-equipped plants one for repacking of lubricants for Public Sector Companies located at MIDC, Taloja, Raigad & other for HDPE container manufacturing located at Silvassa (D&NH). NIPL also owns a warehouse at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra to carry out C&F agency for PSUs.
NPL BlueSky Automotive
NPL BlueSky Automotive is a Technical Joint Venture formed between Nandan Petrochem Ltd (NPL) and Kruse Group of Germany to manufacture and market AdBlue® in India. The objective of setting up this company is to supply AdBlue® to OEMs for their first fill requirement as well as to service their vehicles using the SCR Technology on the road.

NutraHelix Biotech Private Limited is a biotech firm engaged in development, manufacturing & marketing of innovative science driven products in nutrition, functional foods and nutraceutical space. It was founded in December 2009 as a result of a joint initiative by Dr. Sumanpreet Singh Khanuja and Mr. Shree Narayan Agrawal on a Science and Business partnership platform as a unique start up industry in the nutraceutical sector in India.
